Seattle, WA – January 5, 2012 Silver Planet, Inc. is expanding its senior services and launching an accompanying website, SilverPlanetConcierge.com. New services include customized Care Transition programs for healthcare providers and others serving the needs of seniors. “Working with hospitals, clinics and other community care providers allows us to serve a much larger and more diverse population,” says Silver Planet CEO Karen Klein.
