The mission of Medical Home Visits is to support patients and families coping with serious illness. Our vision is to improve the quality of your life based on your values and goals. Medical Home Visits specializes in symptom relief, anticipatory guidance, and meaningful communication about wellness, illness and complex medical decision making.

Dr. Pat Borman is triple boarded in family medicine, geriatrics and palliative medicine. A graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine she finished her family medicine residency at the University of Washington, her geriatrics fellowship at Swedish Family Medicine in Seattle and her hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at the Institute of Palliative Medicine in San Diego, CA.

Described as passionate, optimistic and joyful, Dr. Pat brings 25 years of clinical experience to Medical Home Visits. She is available to provide medical education events for health care providers and the public.
