Veteran Caregiver Workbook Module 1: Caregiver Self-Care Maintaining your health and wellbeing as a caregiver is the goal of this first module. Self care  helps you stay strong for your journey as a Caregiver. Caregivers often have other demanding responsibilities in addition to caring you for a Veteran family member. This Caregiver Module provides information on building and maintaining a strong family, talking with children about an injured parent and employer programs that support work–life balance.
