The Silver Advisor Process for Individuals and Families

  1. Contact the Silver Advisor Program at (206) 451-4512 to reach our geriatric care manager advisors
  2. You will receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation on your first call
  3. When you sign up for a one-hour problem-solving session you will receive  a personalized written plan
  4. One hour consultations are $75.00 or sign up for the Silver Package and pay $325.00 for five one hour Silver Advisor consultations
